We are getting 50 new customers a month, by doing marketing in a way of advertisements in the newspapers. BUT there are some comanies who are getting more than 200 customers and they are not even giving ads in the local newspapers. HOW they are getting that much business? even our pricing are less then their’s.

I personally know about three different people (friends) who offer web hosting services, but I’m not sure about giving them my money because… I hate to say it… they have no reputation, so I’m a little wary. In China, the bandwidth is costly, so web hosting services there are expensive and might not be fast when pages are loaded from overseas computers. And if I host within the USA, visitors from China may experience slow page loads.

What are some good web hosting companies that has best of both worlds? I need a hosting service that’s not too expensive but is fast for both Chinese and American visitors.

I seen a list of the top 10 web hosting services at HOSTAZ.com. naming lunarpages, IXhosting, hostmonster as the top 3. Now im not too familiar with what everything does- that comes with the hosting, but one thing that is different is that lunarpages and hostmonster’s POP is unlimited and IXhosting is 2500.

Now im wondering what that would mean to me and the website I intend on building?
