I seen a list of the top 10 web hosting services at HOSTAZ.com. naming lunarpages, IXhosting, hostmonster as the top 3. Now im not too familiar with what everything does- that comes with the hosting, but one thing that is different is that lunarpages and hostmonster’s POP is unlimited and IXhosting is 2500.
Now im wondering what that would mean to me and the website I intend on building?
. My page is an entertainment/info themed site. So there will be streaming video, a lot of photos, newsletter, things like that.
WIll that hold me back some way or should it not be an issue?
Im thinking it’s something having to do with how many email accounts my site can hold. Would love some help. thanks!

I have been doing some web hosting research and key word search. I have found some websites that continually end up in the top 10-20 for various key word searches.
How do I find out what company is hosting these websites?
If I view the page source, where should I look?

I need to upload .HTACCESS file to a designated folder but Yahoo Small Business Web Hosting does not allow this. Please tell me of a few "Top Tier" web hosting companies that allow this. Please no "fly by night" or "offshore" web hosts that will be out of business tomorrow, thanks.
